Pulled Pork

I bought this pulled pork 5 containers as the box showed for $9.99. There was a big sale, that time and I was fortunate enough to avail the sale. Though, it took two weeks for me to received my food order but it was worth waiting for.  Hubby and I really loves it. Yummy and was a total bargain.

Eggplant Salad

I had been craving for eggplant salad. Finally, when we went to the Asian store one day, they had the Japanese eggplant. I bought two medium size of eggplant. I search for the cooking direction and ingredients. I found it at Panlasang Pinoy website.

First step was to grill the eggplant. Second was to peel off/remove the eggplant skin. Third was to cut up the tomatoes, onions and ginger. Vinegar, salt and pepper to make the salad complete! Finish photo will be uploaded later:)
